Event Details
By phrasing math through games and puzzles this program will encourage participants to develop their own intuitions on a broad range of topics, including binary numbers, graph theory, Fibonacci numbers, and even the very nature of a "winning strategy." The specific content will be tailored to fit participants' interests and skill levels.
Multiple sessions of this program will be running throughout the fall. Starting in mid-October, two new sessions will begin in Davis Square. The first is a session aimed at people 10–13 years old which will meet from 11–12:30PM on Monday mornings. The second will meet on Tuesday evenings from 6–7PM for people 8–11 years old. Each session will meet for eight weeks and both will begin the week of October 25.
This program is supported through a suggested donation of $5–15 per session. Feel free to email Shaunalynn with any questions.
